Douk-Douk L’Ecureuil – 840GM

Rp 550,000

Tiki and El Baraka are variations of the Douk-Douk.

While the Tiki targeted the Pacific Island market, El Baraka was marketed in North Africa. Today these knives no longer have a specific distribution area and are found all over the world.

The Squirrel (L’Ecureuil) is the most traditional knife of the manufacture by the shape of its blade called “Bourbonnaise”.

Logically, the Douk-Douk had to wear a chrome suit.

Douk-Douk Carbon Steel uses forged carbon steel blade standard AFNOR XC75.

THE DOUK-DOUK ®

The real Douk-Douk ® is entirely made in our workshops in a traditional way, with the same processes and materials that have made its reputation around the world.

Our steels are rigorously selected.

The production has remained almost entirely manual, a guarantee of irreproachable quality and fidelity to the spirit of this knife wanted by its designer, Gaspard “Gaston” Cognet.

Only concessions to modernity: The blades of the range “Colors” are made of stainless steel Z70 CD15 (surgical steel) which allows it to better withstand rust while maintaining an excellent edge and a range declined in color.
